We want you to love your purchase. If you are not fully satisfied, please review our return policy below.

Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns within 2 business days of receiving your order.

• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached

• Items must be free of makeup, deodorant, perfume, or any signs of wear

• All returns are subject to inspection and approval

We offer exchange or store credit only for approved returns.

Refunds
Refunds are not issued under normal circumstances.

Refunds will only be granted in exception cases where an error was made on our end (e.g. wrong item sent or defective item). If approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method.

Return Request Process
All return requests must be submitted via:

• Reason for return

• Clear photos if applicable

Return requests made after 2 business days of delivery will not be accepted.

Return Shipping

• Customers are responsible for all return and exchange shipping costs

• Returns may be sent via Knutsford, bearer delivery, Zipmail, or other approved carriers

• Original shipping fees are non-refundable

Non-Returnable Items
The following items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange:

• Sale or discounted items

• Bodysuits, lingerie, or intimate wear

• Accessories

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery via WhatsApp. We will review and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
