Cash on Delivery (COD)

Pay in cash when your order is delivered.

Available for Kingston, Portmore, and Spanish Town only
Next day delivery only (no same-day delivery)
Delivery days: Tuesday – Saturday
Full payment must be made in cash at the time of delivery
Please ensure someone is available to receive and pay for the package

Important:
A confirmation message may be sent before dispatch. Orders that are not confirmed or cannot be delivered may be cancelled without notice.

Customers will be contacted via WhatsApp to confirm their order
Orders that are not confirmed will be automatically cancelled

Once confirmed:

Please ensure you are available to receive and pay for your order
If a delivery attempt is made and the order is not received without notice or valid reason, future orders may be restricted or declined

Bank Transfer (Deposit)

Pay securely via bank transfer.

Payment must be completed within 30 minutes of placing your order
Orders are only processed after payment is received and confirmed
Cross-bank transfers (e.g. First Global to NCB) may take 1–3 business days to reflect

Orders must be placed before 5:00 PM to be scheduled for next day processing or delivery
Orders placed after 5:00 PM will be processed the following business day
Orders are processed Tuesday – Saturday only
No processing or deliveries on Sundays or Mondays

Important Notes

Orders will not be processed until payment is confirmed (for bank transfers)
If payment is not received within the required time, your order may be automatically cancelled
